Process Improvement Consultant

A leading organisation in London is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across global projects. This opportunity offers you the chance to work on high-impact initiatives, utilising your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process design to deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies with proven experience applying these principles to real-world process improvement projects.
  • Strong background in data analysis including the use of statistical tools such as Excel or specialised software for measuring performance metrics.
  • Experience working on global projects within large organisations where collaboration across multiple regions was essential for success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build trustful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to design clear process maps and documentation that effectively communicate complex workflows and proposed changes.
  • Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry practices is highly advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
