What You'll Be Doing
- Support the successful delivery of product-led projects, to promote priorities for the team, from planning stages to go live and monitoring ongoing success, working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business, including IT development and Transformation teams.
- This role will work on a wide range of projects, from simple tasks such as Product department process changes and website/ systems enhancements, through to business-wide system developments, including migration of the website to a new CMS platform.
- You'll identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement to Product department processes, utilising SharePoint and Power Platforms tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Co-Pilot to build solutions and train these changes out to the team.
- Ensure all processes and procedure guides are kept fully updated.
- Support with the IT development process within Product by identifying any development requirements, gathering value and benefit data, engaging with key business areas to align requirements, and liaising with transformation teams to raise and progress developments.

What You’ll Have
- Experience in process improvement and/or identifying and delivering improvement initiatives.
- Some knowledge of SharePoint and Power Platforms would be desirable.
- Ability to be decisive, analytical and think critically.
- Highly accurate and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, re-prioritising workload based on business needs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in dealing with a wide variety of different business areas and colleagues.
- Comfortable in working across several business systems.
- Experience working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
- Confidently able to work off own initiative.
