About the Role

Our banking client is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist (Six Sigma Qualified) with specific experience in CDD, KYC, and Customer Journey.

Summary

A large, group-based, transformation programme is now in-flight looking to drive automation, digital service improvement, and efficiencies end to end. As part of this programme, they require an experienced Process Improvement Specialist with direct knowledge of customer journey improvement covering digitization/automation, improved due diligence (CDD, KYC, etc.).

Key Details

  • Role: Hybrid/remote role working from home with occasional need to be in office (assume 2 days per week initially)
  • Pay: c. £700 per day (inside IR35)

Key Experience and Skills

Using your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, you will develop continuous improvement capabilities across the programme, as required.
