Job Description
The EMEA QTC Process Lead, Quoting & Contracting is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end quoting, contracting, and tendering processes across the EMEA region. This role drives the transformation of the function into a customer-centric, value-adding capability, ensuring robust governance, process excellence, and alignment with business objectives while enhancing customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Drive the evolution of the contracts and tender function into a value-adding, customer-centric capability within QtC.
- Support the implementation of any new system capabilities from a QtC perspective, including definition of business requirements, coordination of UAT, validation of end‑to‑end process impacts, and sign‑off of readiness for deployment.
- Equip teams with the tools, capabilities, and mindset required to deliver strategic outcomes and drive adoption of quoting, contracting, and tendering solutions within the QtC framework.
- Anticipate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to proactively support pricing, quoting, and tender strategies ahead of commercial opportunities.
- Strengthen processes, governance, and controls to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to address them at source.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as BU, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of quote, contract and tender processes.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quote, contract and tender performance, such as cycle times and error rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Influence upstream activities to improve win rates and margin outcomes.
- Stay updated of industry best practices and emerging trends, translating them into actionable enhancements within the QtC customer service model.

Education And Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) are highly desirable.
- 5–7 years of experience in quoting, contracting, tendering, or Quote-to-Cash processes in a global organization.
- Proven experience in driving process transformation, system implementations, or large-scale operational improvements.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a matrixed organization.
- Proven Lean Management skills with Lean Six Sigma certification a definite asset.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., LOTS, S4 Hana, JDE) and other contract, tender and pricing tools and technologies. (SFDC, Cuber RM Conga, OCPQ)
- High level of attention to detail to ensure quoting, contract and tender accuracy and compliance.

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary Range Information
€80,900.00 - €129,425.00 EUR Annual
