Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Process Management - Placement Year (July 2027)
We are seeking a proactive, driven, and analytical undergraduate to join our Process Management team (CR-F-1). As the central competence for process management, consulting, and digital enablement, our team solves complex operational challenges with digital solutions alongside managing critical product and pricing systems and data.
This internship offers immersive, hands-on experience in corporate process and digital transformation. You will maintain product and pricing master data, support process optimisation projects, and manage daily operations like our configurator support inbox, workshop coordination, and monthly KPI reporting. This role provides unique exposure to diverse business departments, offering deep insights into luxury automotive production and premium client experiences.

What awaits you?
- Data Management: Oversee the master data and vehicle configurator support inbox.
- Systems Maintenance: Assist with precise pricing and configurator data updates.
- Project Support: Facilitate digital transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Coordination: Provide organisational logistics for team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Analytics: Conduct data analysis and build high-quality presentation collateral for leadership.
- Stakeholder Relations: Support seamless communication with dealership networks and internal business partners.
- Documentation: Create, review, and update operational instructions, guidelines, and process documentation.
What should you bring along?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Logistics, IT, or a related discipline (on track for a minimum 2:2 result).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) alongside basic data visualisation skills (e.g., Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, create meaningful visualisations and leverage digital tools, including AI, to drive smarter business outcomes.
- An understanding of our brand, products, and company, coupled with a willingness to develop this into a passion during your time with us.
