Lead, Inspire and Deliver Operational Excellence

Are you an experienced logistics or warehouse leader looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a highly motivated Process Manager on a Fixed Term Contract until end of December 2026 to take ownership of a key operational area within our fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Process Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving operational performance, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our services. Whether your focus is Inbound, Outbound, Manual Handling, or International Operations, you'll be responsible for achieving productivity, quality, and customer service targets while developing and inspiring those around you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the day-to-day management of your designated warehouse operation.
  • Ensure the right levels of resource are allocated to support operational demands across all shifts.
  • Drive productivity, throughput, and parcel presentation standards while delivering against budgeted cost-per-unit targets.
  • Manage customer service levels and ensure operational compliance with client SLAs.
  • Control operational costs, monitor performance metrics, and demonstrate strong financial accountability.
  • Reduce operational damages and claims through robust process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and team engagement activities.
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety, quality, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance through audits, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
  • Support peak planning activities and prepare your operation to successfully manage changing volume forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and operational performance.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Maths, English and IT skills, with experience using operational systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution or hub operations.
  • Track record of delivering operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective operational processes.
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Passion for delivering excellence in safety, quality and customer service.
