At Evri Premium, we're committed to delivering operational excellence through our people. We're looking for an experienced Process Manager to join our National Hub operation and lead a key area of our warehouse network.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven operational leader to take ownership of a fast-paced area of the business, driving performance, developing high-performing teams and ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of our services.

Whether your focus is Inbound, Outbound, Manual Handling or International Operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering operational success while creating an engaging environment where colleagues can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day management of a key operational area within the National Hub.
  • Driving productivity, quality and service performance against operational targets.
  • Managing and developing Supervisors and Team Leaders through coaching and performance support.
  • Ensuring effective resource planning to meet operational demands and changing volumes.
  • Promoting high standards of health & safety, quality and operational compliance.
  • Using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing operational costs while delivering excellent customer and client service levels.
  • Creating a positive, high-performance culture where colleagues feel supported, engaged and motivated to succeed.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution or hub operations.
  • Experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Confident decision-maker who can influence change and drive results.
  • Passion for delivering excellence in safety, quality and customer service.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Strong Maths, English and IT skills.
  • Experience using operational systems and performance data.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective operational processes.
