Business Analyst – Change Management | Private Markets 📍 London | Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office
We’re supporting a leading European Private Markets investment firm looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst.
This is a hands-on transformation role working across fund services, investment operations, systems and data, supporting a wider programme focused on improving how the firm operates across its private markets platform.
The Role
You’ll work closely with Fund Services, Operations, Technology and investment stakeholders to:
- Analyse and map existing fund services and investment-related processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead requirements gathering across new investment systems, workflow tools and data platforms.
- Produce detailed process maps, business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Support transformation across the fund/deal lifecycle and transaction processes.
- Work with technology teams and vendors on the implementation of new platforms and digital tools.
- Support improvements to operational and investment data, reporting and workflows.
- Help introduce new workflow and AI-enabled solutions across the business.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across investment, operations and corporate functions.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of fund services processes; experience across the deal/transaction lifecycle would be a major differentiator.
- Strong process mapping and business process modelling experience, ideally using Blueworks
- Experience gathering requirements for investment, operational or business systems.
- Strong data and analytical capability.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Exposure to platforms such as Monday.com, digital transformation or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.
