Take ownership of safe, accurate fast paced production of material flow, working alongside production and quality colleagues to improve supply continuity and product quality. As a Line 6 Process Operator, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.

  • Monday-Friday rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
  • Competitive rate of £12.71p/h / £26,436.80
  • Weekly shift allowance of £49.17. (salary per annum increases once full training completed)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day priorities within your area and deliver work to the agreed quality and timing standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues across relevant functions to solve problems and keep activities moving.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate progress, risks and actions clearly.
  • Follow all relevant safety, quality and compliance requirements.
  • This includes raising EHS observation cards.
  • Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and requirements meeting all safety quality and performance guidelines.
  • Identify quality defects and reject them and make appropriate corrections.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience of working in a GMP environment (pharma, food, FMCG)
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute practical ideas that improve quality, reliability or efficiency.
  • A structured approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to investigate problems, set priorities and follow through on actions.
  • Process orientated - must follow set standards and ways of working
  • Flexible - able to carry out varied tasks often at short notice, adjust break timings around the production, work additional hours and adjust working hours as required by the business
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • Punctuality is key as well as strong attendance
  • Good standard of English comprehension - Able to understand written and verbal communication and speak, read, and write in English
  • Well organised and task driven
  • Experience using fork trucks would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience setting up and changing over machines would be advantageous but not essential.
