Process Operator - Felixstowe - £36,000 (1 Year FTC)
We're looking for a hands-on Process Operator to join our client's busy manufacturing site on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, food production, process operations, chemical processing, or a similar industrial environment to work with a great company with potential for a permanent job to be offered.
Contract: 1 year fixed term
Hours: 05:45am-14:15pm (to start)
Must be flexible to working to different shifts (long term)
Salary: Circa £36,000
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production processes to ensure products are made safely and to quality standards.
- Carry out equipment checks, testing, sampling, and record production data.
- Load products into road tankers and prepare materials for dispatch.
- Perform cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping duties across the production area.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating maintenance concerns when required.
- Follow all health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, process, food, beverage, chemical, or industrial environments.
- Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to record information accurately and use computer systems.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Flexible to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern.
