Senior Process Optimisation Specialist | London Market Insurance
up to £90,000 + bonus
A leading London Market insurer is seeking a Senior Process Optimisation Specialist to help shape and improve how the business operates across its global operations.
This is a pure business change and process optimisation role, focused on operating model design, current/future-state process mapping, standardisation and continuous improvement. You'll work with senior stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, lead cross-functional change and embed improved ways of working.
