This is currently an internal-only role
(three month placement)

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Salary: From £12.75ph

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to be part of a highly reputable team. The process optimisation team are there to look at the overall picture. Instead of just applying quick fixes when things break, their goal is to look at how tasks fully connect, smooth out the bumps and make processes more efficient and seamless.

By delving deeper into production departments, recording and documenting current methods and extracting the data, the team can fully understand and review where improvements can be made. They work closely with management teams and production staff across the board, put their heads together to clear out repetitive steps and the outcome? A new and improved process that has boosted productivity and enhanced the workflow, turning their ideas into reality.

You will be joining the team on a three month placement, your role will consist of cycle timing which is recording current practices in departments, extracting and reviewing the data. This is a rare opportunity for you to delve into another part of the business, see behind the scenes and contribute to their success.

Regular responsibilities

  • Record and document current operational practices
  • Data extraction
  • Provide breakdown of tasks (i.e, prep time, filling, packing etc)
  • Group targets as required
  • Populating Spreadsheets
  • Liaising With Production
  • Organisation of stored data
  • Ensure data accuracy
