Job Description

Battery Experience is required for this role

Process Quality

  • Qualify the new process line status if meet target;
  • Establish process SPC system;
  • Responsible for electrode/cell/Module/Pack process quality control;
  • Be team leader to solve process quality problem and make corrective/preventive action;
  • Collect the current status information of each PQE business module, follow up on task plan status, and regularly organize review meetings;
  • Support problem solving during the implementation process of standardized modules in each base;
  • Supervise the actual operation of standardized modules in the plant, provide timely feedback and follow-up on abnormal phenomena;
  • Coordinate and promote the improvement of PQE special modules;
  • Carry out special promotion activities to ensure the implementation of improvement measures in the plant;
  • Start with product quality, complete quality planning based on base objectives, refine process quality control points, and implement them in the manufacturing process. Continuously monitor the achievement of objectives and make timely adjustments;
  • Establish a continuous optimization mechanism for process management, identify potential quality risks, and improve them;
  • Fully integrate process quality monitoring into process quality management, forming a closed-loop management for discovering and resolving quality exceptions.

Qualifications

Education Level (Degree/Field)

  • Bachelor's degree or above in materials chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer materials, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, quality management or related fields

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Knowledge of Lithium Batteries, 5S, 19.1 & 19.2, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, QC Seven Major Tools, Execution Ability, Office Software Application Skills, Project Management, Leadership, Information Security, Quality System Thinking, EHS Responsibilities and Awareness, Compliance Awareness

Language Ability

  • Proficiency in English and ability to adapt to an English-speaking work environment;

Professional Qualification Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in battery process/program quality control;
  2. Good experience on quality control, be familiar with tools, such as 8D, QC, 5why, SPC, PFMEA, etc.;
  3. Good Interpersonal communication skills, with English listening, speaking and writing skills, CET-4 or above;
  4. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Minitab, CAD, etc.);
  5. Possess teamwork spirit;
