At Evri Premium, we're committed to delivering operational excellence through our people. We're looking for an experienced Process Supervisor to join our National Hub in Coventry and play a key role in leading our sortation operation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver operational targets.
- Ensuring resources are deployed effectively to meet changing operational demands.
- Monitoring productivity and performance against key KPIs.
- Coaching, developing and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Promoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring operational compliance.
- Completing equipment and process checks to ensure operational readiness.
- Supporting the smooth and efficient flow of parcels through the National Hub operation.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role.
- Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to improving performance and driving engagement.
