Shift: Monday to Friday, 18:30 – 04:30
Salary: £35,193.60 plus benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Role Overview
At Evri Premium, we're committed to delivering operational excellence through our people. We're looking for an experienced Process Supervisor to join our Coventry Hub on our permanent Night Shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced parcel operation. Reporting to the Process Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, making sure we have the right people in the right places and that parcels continue to move safely and efficiently through the Hub.
You'll be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining operational standards and supporting your team to perform at their best throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of Warehouse Operatives throughout the Night Shift.
- Allocate people and resources effectively in line with changing parcel volumes and operational requirements.
- Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs, taking action where required.
- Ensure parcels move safely and efficiently through the Hub to meet service requirements.
- Coach, develop and support colleagues to improve individual and team performance.
- Conduct team briefings and maintain clear communication throughout the operation.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and ensure colleagues follow safe working practices.
- Complete equipment, process and operational readiness checks.
- Identify and respond to operational issues, making effective decisions in a time-critical environment.
- Support the Process Manager in delivering productivity, service, quality and performance targets.
- Work collaboratively with other operational teams to maintain an efficient flow across Coventry Hub.
- Drive colleague engagement and create an accountable, supportive and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills and Experience
You'll be comfortable leading people within a busy operational environment and confident making decisions when priorities or volumes change.
You'll also need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or acting supervisory role.
- Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience working against productivity, performance or operational KPIs.
- The ability to allocate resources effectively against changing operational demands.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to improving performance and colleague engagement.
- The confidence to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety and the importance of operational compliance.
- Previous experience within parcels, logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment would be particularly beneficial.
