Process Support Partner
Location: Wolverhampton, WV9 5GA
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus benefits
Employment Type: Permanent
The Role
To be responsible for planning all logistics projects and/or day to day projects from start to finish. Improving and optimising current processes including process times within operational day to day tasks (MTM data), cost savings and logistical resources associated with each project/process. Will also be responsible for any analytical work requested by the management and presenting it in precise and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify weaknesses within the Operation: Including Process, Layout etc
- Analyse root cause for weaknesses & failure, Develop robust solutions & communicate to stakeholders
- Provide robust solutions for the Customer and Operations
- Creating robust layouts (physically on the shopfloor and AutoCad)
- Provide contractual cost savings ideas and implementation
- Implement any changes following the Change management process
- Data and process planning
- Analyse process steps and provide solutions of any waste within processes on the shop floor
- Work with internal departments on projects led internally
- Support projects go-live with flexibility to work across different shift patterns
- Project Management Tools understanding and application

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
- Proficient in Time and Motion Calculations
- Ability to work independently to gather information, identify missing or inaccurate data/process
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to identify waste in the process and way to improve the process
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Numerical skills
Desirable/Advantageous:
- MTM Base & SOL certificate and experience beneficial
- Previous expose to working with data and numbers
- To be analytical with the data given
- To be able to work independently, be proactive and persistent
- Have good work ethics, be organised and hard working
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £45,000 depending on experience
