Process Technician

Location: Fareham (Fully On-Site)
Pay Rate: £22 per hour
OT & Shifts Available
Contract: 6 months, potential for extension/permanent

Role Summary:

The Process Technician will be responsible for the rework and modifications to various components and in accordance to IPC standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Compile Test reports and complete relevant documentation as and when required
  • Conduct various rework activities and modifications in accordance with IPC standards
  • Update and maintain business information systems as appropriate
  • Conduct basic test routines at sub-assembly and GA levels
  • Build assemblies in accordance with the appropriate procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and experience gained from a minimum of two years in a similar production role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competent user of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have a methodical and analytical approach to work
  • Strong team player
