We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding manufacturer with a reputation for producing high-quality products for leading retail and foodservice customers. As a Process Technologist, you'll be at the heart of bringing new products to life, ensuring they move smoothly from development into successful factory production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the factory trial process from concept through to launch.
- Ensure products are successfully scaled up into production.
- Work closely with NPD, Technical, Production, Engineering, and Planning teams.
- Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing processes.
- Investigate and resolve process or quality issues.
- Produce and maintain process documentation and specifications.
- Support food safety, quality, and customer standards across all product launches.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Process Technologist or in a similar food manufacturing role.
- Bakery or bread manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across different teams.
- A proactive approach and a passion for delivering quality products.
