What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the factory trial process from concept through to launch.
  • Ensure products are successfully scaled up into production.
  • Work closely with NPD, Technical, Production, Engineering, and Planning teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing processes.
  • Investigate and resolve process or quality issues.
  • Produce and maintain process documentation and specifications.
  • Support food safety, quality, and customer standards across all product launches.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Process Technologist or in a similar food manufacturing role.
  • Bakery or bread manufacturing experience is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working across different teams.
  • A proactive approach and a passion for delivering quality products.
