Processing Center Advisor
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Processing Center Advisor based in United Kingdom.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support the administration of childcare-related programs and client services.
This role focuses on reviewing applications, assessing eligibility, and ensuring accurate processing of program requests.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
You will collaborate within a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience are critical.

Accountabilities
The Processing Center Advisor will be responsible for managing client requests, reviewing documentation, and ensuring program services are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role involves balancing administrative precision with a strong customer service mindset while supporting clients throughout the application process.
- Process applications, review submitted documentation, and assess eligibility according to established program guidelines.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide accurate information, and support customers throughout the service process.
- Research policies, procedures, and documentation requirements to resolve client issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned cases and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Use multiple software platforms and databases to update information, track cases, and support operational workflows.
- Identify potential issues, apply sound judgment, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with experience in administrative support, case management, eligibility assessment, or client service environments. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a structured process-driven environment are essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, client support, retail, administrative operations, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience researching documentation, policies, or procedures to resolve customer or client issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience handling confidential information and sensitive client data professionally.
- Previous experience in program administration, benefits administration, case management, or eligibility evaluation is preferred.
- Experience supporting government, public sector, or social service programs is a plus.
- Previous call center or contact center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic and client-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
