Procurement Administrator

We’re looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting our procurement activities across Copart UK.

This is a full time position, working from 8am to 5pm, based from our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire

This is more than an administration role. You’ll work closely with the Procurement Manager and teams across the business, helping with supplier management, purchasing activity, reporting and procurement projects, while looking for opportunities to make the way we work smarter, more efficient and cost-effective.

If you’re organised, commercially minded and have an interest in developing your career in procurement, this could be a great opportunity to grow your experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Procurement Manager with procurement projects and delivery.
  • Managing and maintaining supplier information within the Coupa Supplier Portal, including new supplier requests and changes to existing supplier details.
  • Researching potential suppliers and evaluating them against factors such as price, quality and delivery.
  • Completing supplier due diligence checks and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting supplier relationship management and working with internal teams to understand their procurement requirements.
  • Validating purchase order requests and reviewing supplier spend and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activity and providing regular reporting.
  • Assisting with monthly procurement reports for the CEO and Finance Director.
  • Working alongside Accounts Payable to help resolve escalated outstanding invoices.
  • Reviewing existing procurement processes and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve ways of working.
  • Using data and Excel to identify trends, opportunities and potential cost savings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
