The Vacancy
The RSK Group have created a new permanent part-time administration role to support the continued growth of the Central Procurement team and the successful rollout of the Group’s global travel programme.
This part-time role is up to 24 hours per week working on a hybrid basis, based in Helsby, Cheshire.
As Procurement Administrator, you will provide practical administrative and operational support across Procurement. A key part of the role will be supporting the rollout and ongoing administration of the global travel programme, including user administration, business onboarding, traveller queries, supplier liaison, reporting and data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Travel Administration
- Support the rollout and ongoing administration of the Group’s global travel programme.
- Administer travel users, support RSK business onboarding and respond to routine stakeholder and traveller queries.
- Coordinate routine liaison with the travel provider and escalate queries or issues where appropriate.
Procurement Systems & Data
- Maintain accurate procurement information across relevant systems, databases, trackers, and records.
- Support supplier and spend data maintenance, including data entry, cleansing, categorisation, and classification.
- Prepare routine procurement reports, trackers, and management information.
Procurement & Compliance Support
- Support RSK businesses with routine procurement process and policy queries.
- Help RSK businesses identify and access relevant Group agreements and preferred suppliers.
- Maintain procurement documentation and audit trails in line with Group requirements.

Procurement Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Assist the Procurement Manager and Category Owners with procurement projects and initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, presentations, and other procurement documentation.
- Gather information and data required for procurement exercises, business cases, and stakeholder updates.
Person Specification:
- Experience in procurement, commercial support, or supply chain (desirable)
- Experience working with supplier master data, spend data, procurement reports, or dashboards (desirable)
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining records, databases, trackers, or routine management information.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, tasks, and priorities.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing routine reports or updates.
Salary and benefits:
- £27,500 - £32,500 (FTE) depending on experience
