Description

As a Procurement Analyst and Systems Lead at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in transforming procurement through data, technology and continuous improvement. Working across the UK and international offices, you will combine advanced analytics with ownership of procurement systems to deliver meaningful insights, optimise processes, support strategic decision-making and help shape the future of procurement performance and capability across the Practice.

This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Use data and technology to influence procurement strategy and business decisions.
  • Lead the development and optimisation of procurement systems and digital tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights that drive cost savings, efficiency and supplier performance.
  • Play a central role in procurement transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across a global organisation to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Strong experience in procurement analytics, reporting and delivering data-driven insights within a strategic procurement environment.
  • Expertise in procurement and Source-to-Pay systems, with experience managing or implementing procurement technology platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau or similar.
  • The ability to interpret complex commercial data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting that support informed decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.
