Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for an opportunity to make a real operational impact within a growing technology business?
We’re supporting an innovative organisation seeking a Procurement & Operations Manager to help strengthen supplier relationships, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing business growth.
About the Role
This is a varied role offering a blend of strategic procurement responsibility and day-to-day operational involvement within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing procurement and supply chain activities across multiple suppliers
- Developing strong supplier relationships and commercial agreements
- Supporting sourcing activities for technical products and manufactured components
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support product and operational requirements
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement
- Supporting inventory management and supply planning activities
- Improving procurement systems, reporting, and operational workflows
- Helping strengthen supply chain resilience and supplier performance
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider business

Qualifications
You’ll likely have experience within procurement, supply chain, operations, or purchasing roles in a technical, manufacturing, engineering, or product-based environment.
Required Skills
- Supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Procurement within manufacturing or technical environments
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Inventory and supplier management
- Cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working within fast-paced operational or production settings

Preferred Skills
You’ll be a proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working collaboratively across teams. Professional procurement qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
