Procurement and Supply Chain Assistant

Olleco are looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Assistant to join our Procurement team. This is an amazing opportunity to join our progressive renewables company, grow your career and make a positive environmental impact.

Job Description

What you will be doing

  • Maintaining contract, pricing, schedule and position trackers accurately.
  • Arranging and supporting weekly product deliveries into relevant locations.
  • Liaising with suppliers for reports, confirmations, specifications, pricing and load updates.
  • Responding to internal and external procurement and logistics queries.
  • Updating and sending reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting product specification, document control and audit-readiness activity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, trackers and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • An organised, proactive approach with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • A team player who can also work independently and follow up outstanding actions.
  • Procurement, logistics, supplier admin or supply chain experience would be useful, but a practical attitude and accuracy are essential.
