Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join the Gatwick Frameworks team, to lead the procurement of packages through competitive tender routes, from strategy and market engagement through to contract award and ongoing supply chain management.
Costain has been appointed on two construction frameworks to deliver London Gatwick’s Civils and building Frameworks. These cover a range of Capital projects to upgrade and modernise the airports infrastructure, support growing passenger demand and enhance resilience. The frameworks will run for a four-year period, with an option to extend by a further two years. We are looking to bring our experience in delivering infrastructure solutions and working closely with London Gatwick and our supply chain partners to deliver these essential infrastructure upgrades.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
