Criterion Hospitality Procurement Assistant
Criterion Hospitality is seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Procurement Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across our residential and hospitality operations.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will play an important role in ensuring the wider team operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming procurement requests from operational teams, research suitable products and suppliers, obtain quotations and prepare recommendations for approval.
- Raise and process purchase orders through internal systems.
- Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting of procurement spend.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to management and wider project teams.
- Maintain accurate project, company and administrative records and filing systems.
- Maintain action trackers and follow up to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Support procurement and supplier administration, including quotations, purchase orders and invoices.

About You
- Previous experience as a Procurement Assistant or solid administrative or project experience is essential.
- Numerate and comfortable working with costs, pricing and supplier quotations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and follow through on tasks.
- Experience in property, construction, development, hospitality, professional services or a similar environment is advantageous.
