Qantara Trading is looking for a motivated Procurement Associate to support our international sourcing and procurement activities.
The role involves researching global suppliers, supporting RFQs, comparing quotations, assessing pricing and lead times, and helping identify the strongest supply options for live client requirements.
You will work across a range of industrial products, materials and specialist sourcing requirements while using both traditional procurement methods and AI-assisted research tools.

Key responsibilities include:
- Researching manufacturers, distributors and suppliers across international markets
- Supporting supplier enquiries, RFQs and follow-ups
- Comparing quotations based on price, lead time, commercial terms and credibility
- Identifying competitive sourcing options across different regions
- Maintaining accurate supplier and procurement records
- Supporting supplier qualification and commercial negotiations
- Assisting with export, documentation and logistics research where required
- Using AI-assisted tools to improve supplier discovery and market research

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised, analytical and comfortable communicating professionally with suppliers.
Previous procurement experience is not essential. An interest in international trade, supply chains, sourcing or commercial research is highly desirable.
