Office Based: Lutterworth or London

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

No procurement experience? No problem. We'll provide comprehensive training, hands-on mentoring, and ongoing support to help you develop the commercial knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed.

What will you do

  • Support day-to-day procurement activities, maintaining supplier, pricing and contract information.
  • Assist with supplier RFQs by gathering information, preparing documentation and producing commercial comparisons.
  • Maintain contract trackers, monitor renewal dates and support the administration of supplier agreements.
  • Update commercial information including rate cards, fuel indices and pricing changes.
  • Support carrier onboarding and ensure commercial information is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders, preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, trackers and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow internal governance and approval processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, communicating confidently at all levels of the business.

What you will need

  • Proven experience working within an operational, supplier or customer focused role.
  • Effective communication skills, someone who builds collaborative partnerships and influences senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems, learning new software quickly, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously; overseeing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across procurement records, documentation, and data.
  • English language fluency, both verbal and written communication skills.
