Job Title: Procurement Assurance Manager
Salary: £49k - £55k
Location: London
Hybrid: 2 days on-site
Working Pattern: Full Time

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement professional to join a well-established organisation as a Procurement Assurance Manager. This role will play a key part in ensuring organisational compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, leading on procurement reporting requirements, stakeholder engagement, and the publication of procurement notices across the full procurement life cycle.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help embed best practice, improve transparency, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with evolving public procurement legislation.
Your New Role
- Lead the development and implementation of processes to ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
- Manage procurement reporting requirements and publication of statutory notices.
- Provide expert advice, guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
- Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement governance and assurance activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- You must have completed the TPP qualification as an essential requirement with a higher preference on a deep-dive course.
- Knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 requirements.
- Experience working within a regulated procurement environment.
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience interpreting procurement data and producing meaningful analysis.
- CIPS Level 4 qualified or working towards qualification.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
