Procurement Business Partner | ISS Facility Services
7 Month Fixed-Term Contract | UK
ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to provide procurement and contractual leadership across a major UK-wide account.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, Procurement, you’ll work across Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations and client stakeholders to deliver robust supplier contracts, strong governance and effective commercial outcomes.
This is an opportunity for a procurement professional who combines contracting expertise, commercial acumen and stakeholder influence to make a visible impact across a complex account.
You will:
- Lead the development and implementation of supplier contracts and contractual flow-down requirements across the UK account.
- Drive strong contractual governance, ensuring KPIs, SPIs, reporting and assurance requirements are in place.
- Lead negotiations and work closely with Legal, Procurement and Operations to deliver robust, compliant agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships and contractual performance.
- Ensure operational scopes align with technical requirements and client expectations.
- Act as the key link between Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal and wider stakeholder groups.
- Identify and mitigate contractual, operational and financial risk.
- Drive improved contractual compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple workstreams at pace while maintaining accuracy, quality and attention to detail.

You’ll have:
- 5+ years’ procurement experience, ideally with significant contracting responsibility.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation and implementation.
- Proven supplier relationship and contract management experience.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering change and improving processes or commercial outcomes.
- A strong understanding of contractual risk, governance and compliance.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a complex environment.
- Degree-level education preferred; CIPS and/or MBA desirable.
- Public Sector experience would be advantageous.
