  • Work collaboratively with contract owners, supplier custodians and internal stakeholders to resolve supplier issues, manage performance and deliver timely corrective actions.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed measures, identifying opportunities to improve service, reduce risk, deliver efficiencies and support business continuity.
  • The role may also support with other Operational Indirects categories, such as cleaning services, catering, security etc.
  • Analyse spend, supplier capability, service levels and project requirements to support informed decision-making and long-term category planning.
  • Identify cost optimisation, value improvement and simplification opportunities across both recurring operational spend and project-based expenditure.
  • Ensure supplier agreements, performance metrics and governance requirements are maintained in line with William Grant & Sons procurement standards.
  • Support procurement savings and value delivery targets, while balancing cost, quality, service, risk and stakeholder requirements.
  • Contribute to a strong procurement culture by bringing curiosity, commercial discipline, collaboration and constructive challenge to the way we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
