Join in on pioneering procurement AI agents

Since 2019, Pactum has been at the forefront of transforming enterprise procurement with groundbreaking Agentic AI. We are not just automating a process; we are leading the industry in redefining how companies negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Our AI agents work around the clock, collaborating seamlessly with humans to discover negotiation opportunities and close supplier deals at scale. Trusted by over 50 of the world’s largest enterprises, including Walmart and Rolls-Royce, we deliver tangible value, drive agility, and unlock hidden potential.

Ready to make an impact? Join our passionate, global team and be part of a bold mission: to bring trust, transparency, and automation to every supplier negotiation.

As the first in our field, we address novel challenges with novel solutions. Our platform enables large enterprises to manage and monitor negotiations at scale, effectively saving money, boosting efficiency, and strengthening crucial supplier relationships. We’re built on a foundation of deep decision-making capabilities and cutting-edge innovation, which has allowed us to raise over $100 million in funding, including a Series C of $54 million in June 2025 led by Insight Partners. Our technology is proven, with notable achievements like a negotiation and signing carried out entirely by AI agents in just 87 seconds.

About you

Procurement has run on fragmented systems and manual workflows for decades. Pactum is changing that with a portfolio of specialized AI agents spanning Autonomous Supplier Engagement, Indirect Procurement, and Direct Procurement. We're looking for someone who wants to drive that change inside the world's largest companies, helping them adopt Pactum agents, change how work gets done, and embed new ways of working across their procurement organizations. The #1 goal of this role is to drive adoption of Pactum by influencing meaningful change within our customers. By helping customers transform how procurement work gets done through AI, you'll create sustained value that naturally drives retention, renewals, and expansion.

You understand procurement from the inside, whether you built that experience as a practitioner, a consultant advising procurement organizations, or ideally a combination of both. This is a strategic, consultative role for someone who can sit across the table from executives and operators, understand how their organizations actually run, and work with them to transform how procurement gets done with agents. You'll own the relationship between Pactum's product and our customers' procurement strategy: understanding their sourcing, category management, and operational practices, identifying barriers to adoption, building the case for change, and translating Pactum's capabilities into adoption, measurable value, and expanded usage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Customer advisory. Become the trusted advisor enterprise procurement leaders actually call because you understand their world: sourcing strategy, category management, procurement operations, organizational dynamics, and end-to-end processes.
  • Adoption and change management. Drive adoption of Pactum across customer procurement organizations, understand what's preventing teams from changing how they work, influence stakeholders at every level, and help customers embed autonomous procurement into their day-to-day operating model.
  • Value realization. Ensure customers get full value from Pactum, tracking the metrics that matter and translating usage and outcomes into clear business impact narratives that executives can act on.
  • Opportunity identification. Proactively surface new use cases and adoption opportunities that expand Pactum's impact and continuously transform how procurement operates.
  • Workshops and discovery. Run workshops and discovery sessions with customers to identify pain points, resistance points, process gaps, and the highest value opportunities for Pactum to solve.
  • Business case development. Build the data-backed case that connects Pactum's capabilities to what customers actually care about and gives stakeholders a compelling reason to change.
  • Executive storytelling. Help executives see the journey ahead: where they are today, what's possible, and the path to get there, brought to life through their own data and priorities.
  • Product and GTM impact. Your feedback and observations from customers will directly shape how Pactum's product evolves and how we help companies embrace what's possible in Autonomous Procurement.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally with significant practitioner experience as a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, in Procurement Operations, or Procurement Leadership
  • Firsthand understanding of how procurement organizations actually operate: the processes, competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational resistance involved in changing how work gets done
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations
  • A demonstrated ability to drive adoption and influence change across large, complex organizations, winning over both executives and daily users
  • Comfort analyzing complex data, spotting trends, and building data-driven recommendations
  • A track record of running workshops and discovery sessions that surface real pain, not just checkbox requirements
  • Executive presence, equally comfortable in a QBR with a VP of Procurement and in a working session with a skeptical daily user
  • Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping anything
  • Scrappy and quick, with real SaaS experience: you move fast in a high-growth environment and know what it takes to drive growth, adoption, and change management
