Procurement & Contracts Manager

Salary: £60k - £75k + 10% Bonus + Benefits
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London, Hybrid – 2 Days a week in the office

A leading UK media organisation is looking to appoint an ambitious Procurement & Contracts Manager to support a broad portfolio of Corporate Services spend during a period of significant transformation and M&A processes.

This is a varied, commercially and contracts-focused role covering categories including People Services, Marketing, Data, Facilities Management, Property, and wider professional services. The position will have a particularly strong focus on contracts, commercial negotiations, spend analysis, and supporting business-critical change/separation programmes.

The organisation is also investing heavily in the practical use of AI within procurement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with procurement leadership on AI development, process automation, and new ways of approaching spend analysis, negotiations, and procurement operations.

This opportunity would suit an adaptable procurement professional who has developed a strong grounding in indirect procurement and is now ready to step into a broader, more influential role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
