Esidock is one of Ireland's leading providers of loading bay equipment, industrial doors and access solutions. We work with some of Europe's largest logistics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and data centre companies, delivering projects throughout Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Procurement & Operations Administrator to join our Dublin office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Arrange plant and equipment hire.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times and availability.
- Coordinate logistics and transport requirements.
- Support the Operations team with project planning and scheduling.
- Monitor outstanding orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is advantageous.
- Experience in the construction, engineering or industrial sectors is desirable but not essential.
