The Role

Our fantastic Procurement team is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join them at an incredibly exciting time for the business.

The Procurement Coordinator will support the successful delivery of procurement activities by coordinating key processes, maintaining accurate supplier data, monitoring performance and driving governance and compliance excellence. The role acts as a central point of organisation, helping to enhance stakeholder engagement, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure the integrity of procurement data, systems and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient operation of the Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function.
  • Managing procurement and SRM communications, ensuring enquiries, requests, and actions are responded to or escalated in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining procurement webpages and document repositories, ensuring information is accessible, current, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Coordinating Procurement activities, including supplier meetings, performance reporting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Supporting procurement governance and compliance activities through effective record management, data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Maintaining procurement systems, data, and records, ensuring supplier and contract information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Monitoring supplier compliance requirements, including qualifications, insurance documentation, contract milestones, and renewal dates.
  • Coordinating supplier engagement initiatives and events, while providing wider support to procurement projects and continuous improvement activities as required.

What We’re Looking for in You

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work under own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience of reporting, record management, and governance activities.
  • Great teamworking ethos.
