Procurement Coordinator (FF&E)
Location: Chiswick (Riverside Studio), London
Salary: up to 45K dependent on experience

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator – FF&E to join our London-based team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end procurement of FF&E and other purchased project items, ensuring packages are tendered, purchased, shipped and delivered to site on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Working across high-end interior design projects, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle, including tendering and quotation analysis, supplier sourcing and negotiation, purchase orders, budget monitoring, order expediting, shipping, logistics and delivery to site. You will have experience working with bespoke FF&E and furniture, reviewing specifications, coordinating shop drawings and samples, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring items are manufactured and delivered in line with project budgets and programmes.

As a key point of contact, you will work closely with internal design and project teams, suppliers, consultants and clients, potentially coordinating multiple projects at different stages.
About You
- You will have 5+ years’ experience in FF&E procurement, purchasing or project coordination, ideally gained within a luxury/high-end interior design studio.
- You will be highly organised and commercially aware, with exceptional attention to detail, strong supplier and client relationship skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
This is an office-based role in Chiswick (Riverside), London, so you will need to be able to commute to the office.
