Procurement Coordinator – Remote
Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000–£36,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and the day-to-day procurement process. This remote role is suitable for candidates with strong administration, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders and procurement requests
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations
- Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records
- Track orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
- Support supplier onboarding and documentation
- Monitor procurement schedules and deadlines
- Prepare basic procurement reports and updates

Requirements
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
