Data Analyst
Location: Greater London House, London or Reed House, Norwich
Salary: £30,264 to £37,830 per annum (London) / £27,680 to £34,599 per annum (National)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement team as a Data Analyst, this is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with others to improve how things work.
As part of a supportive team, you'll help gather, organise, and analyse procurement data to provide insights that support decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with colleagues to understand information needs, identify trends, and help improve services, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your analytical skills, gain experience in procurement, and learn from experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated, with demonstrable working knowledge of data analysis techniques, including the ability to interpret, cleanse, and structure data to produce meaningful insight.

You'll enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships, and using data to help solve business challenges.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and identify patterns or trends.
- Working knowledge of procurement, contract management, or commercial data, sufficient to understand and interpret compliance, spend, and supplier activity information.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation functions suitable for analytical work.
- The ability to communicate information clearly and present findings in a way that others can easily understand.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with colleagues from different teams.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and ways of working.

This is a hybrid role based in our Greater London House, London or Reed House, Norwich offices. Occasional travel may be required to other Clarion offices as and when required. You'll split your time between working from home and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
