Procurement Director – Facilities Management (FM)
£115,000 + Bonus | London – Hybrid (3 days per week)
I’m partnering with a major global organisation undergoing one of the most exciting transformations of its Procurement function, led by a newly appointed CPO and supported by a new senior leadership team.
As part of this transformation, my client is creating a dedicated FM Procurement function and is looking to appoint a Procurement Director – Facilities Management to lead it. This is much more than a traditional category leadership role.
You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape the FM Procurement function from the ground up – defining the strategy, building the team, influencing the operating model and establishing how Procurement partners with the business across FM.

Key areas of focus will include:
- Creating and owning the long-term FM Procurement strategy
- Building and developing a dedicated FM Procurement team
- Leading major sourcing and transformation initiatives across Hard & Soft FM, Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Workplace and associated services
- Challenging existing ways of working and identifying significant commercial opportunities
- Transforming supplier relationships and driving greater value, innovation and performance
- Partnering with senior business leaders to raise the profile and influence of Procurement
- Helping shape a new procurement operating model, systems and ways of working
- Playing a key role within the wider Procurement leadership team
