Procurement Engineer
A.M. One Visit Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, and material purchasing processes, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and compare quotations, purchase orders, and procurement reports
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to projects and warehouses
- Maintain and update supplier and procurement records
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Accounting Department regarding procurement needs and payments
- Monitor procurement budgets and support cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing)
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
- Good understanding of construction materials and supplier management
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel required)
- Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
