About the Role
We are introducing a permanent Procurement Excellence Analyst role as the third member of our lean, Procurement Excellence team. You will get hands-on with our market-leading procurement tech and global processes. This is a brilliant opportunity to build deep expertise and quickly become our team’s go-to Subject Matter Expert. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be on the frontline of procurement innovation, actively helping us design, develop, and scale our next-generation Agentic AI ecosystem.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking hands-on ownership and administering specific applications within our core tech suite, which includes our primary procurement platform, tail spend management solution, and virtual card solution.
- Build deep technical knowledge across these platforms to serve as the team’s go-to expert, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues independently.
- Actively participate in building, testing, and rolling out our emerging Agentic AI Procurement ecosystem, helping to automate complex workflows and redefine the future of procurement technology.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure end-users maximise system utilisation and seamlessly adopt new digital tools.

Data & Analytics
- Maintain and update robust procurement reporting systems to closely track operational and financial performance.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that highlight procurement achievements and financial benefits for business stakeholders.
Supplier Risk Management & Compliance
- Provide essential support to ensure our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme successfully reviews in-scope suppliers against our global risk frameworks.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier compliance documentation within our systems, flagging and escalating non-compliant suppliers when necessary.
Policy, Governance & Process Excellence
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the day-to-day efficiency of our sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier management processes.
- Support communication and change management efforts regarding policy updates, system access controls, and ESG standards across the organisation.
About you
- Tech-Savvy & Curious: You have a strong affinity for tech and desire to test and learn on cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Aspiring SME: You enjoy taking full ownership of an application, learning its inner workings inside and out, and becoming the "person with the answers" for the wider team.
- AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely excited about the potential of Agentic AI and automation, and you possess the analytical mindset required to help build automated workflows from scratch.
- Communication Skills: You can translate system outputs and complex processes into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
