About the Role

This is a unique development opportunity for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 2 years post grad industry experience.

It provides a brilliant platform for accelerated career progression for someone that wants to build specialist expertise in a procurement career while taking ownership of early stage commercial and procurement activities.

Working within a fast-moving commercial environment, this role is suited to someone who is comfortable taking initiative, making sound decisions, and managing multiple priorities as projects progress. You will play a key role in supporting procurement strategy, shaping early-stage commercial activity, and helping drive value through practical, well-judged decision-making. In line with TSL’s mission to create spaces that enable the 4th industrial revolution, this role offers the chance to contribute to high-performance project delivery across technically demanding environments. Drawing on Organization Context, I’ve also reflected TSL’s emphasis on safety, quality, pace, and systematic delivery in the language of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
