Build a Function. Shape Strategy. Create Lasting Impact.

At Totalmobile, we're helping organisations deliver critical services more effectively through technology. Our platform powers over 500,000 mobile workers across 1,000+ organisations, supporting sectors that keep communities running every day. As our business continues to grow, we're investing in the structure, processes and capabilities that will help us scale successfully into the future.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Procurement Lead to establish and lead procurement across Totalmobile. This isn't a role where you'll inherit mature processes, established governance frameworks or an existing procurement team. Instead, you'll be allowed to create them.

For the right person, that's exactly what makes this exciting.

If you're someone who has looked around an organisation and thought, "there's a better way to do this", and then gone on to build that better way, we'd love to speak with you.

The Opportunity

Procurement at Totalmobile is at an exciting point in its evolution.

As a growing technology business, we have a diverse supplier landscape, valuable commercial relationships and significant opportunities to drive greater visibility, governance and value through procurement excellence. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of that challenge and build the foundations that will support the business for years to come.

During your first few months, you'll immerse yourself in our supplier ecosystem, reviewing contracts, analysing spend data and developing a clear picture of where we are today. You'll then use those insights to create the processes, governance structures and procurement strategy that will shape where we go next.

This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. You'll have the autonomy to define best practice, influence senior stakeholders and establish procurement as a strategic business function.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll start by building a thorough understanding of our current supplier and contract landscape, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, reduce risk and maximise value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Drawing on that insight, you'll establish procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks, creating the tools and templates that enable effective sourcing and supplier management across the business. From RFIs and RFQs through to RFPs, approval workflows and delegation frameworks, you'll create practical procurement processes that support both control and agility.

You'll develop a procurement roadmap covering the next 12, 24 and 36 months, identifying contract renewal opportunities, supplier optimisation initiatives and strategic sourcing projects that align with our broader business objectives.

Alongside the strategic work, you'll remain hands-on. You'll lead procurement exercises from end to end, partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage supplier engagement, negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions alongside our Legal and Commercial teams.

Most importantly, you'll become a trusted procurement advisor across Totalmobile, helping teams make informed decisions and embedding procurement best practice throughout the organisation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced procurement professional who enjoys creating structure where none currently exists.

You'll have a track record of building procurement processes, governance frameworks and sourcing methodologies rather than simply operating within established procurement environments. You've likely been responsible for introducing new procurement practices, developing policies and approval frameworks, and driving commercial improvements through a combination of analytical thinking and practical delivery.

You'll be comfortable conducting supplier and spend analysis, developing procurement strategies and managing sourcing exercises across multiple categories. Just as importantly, you'll be confident working independently, influencing stakeholders and making progress without needing extensive support or direction.

This is a standalone position, so we're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and delivering outcomes themselves. While strategic thinking is important, success in this role will come from balancing vision with execution.

Industry background is less important than experience. Whether you've worked in technology, professional services, manufacturing, utilities or another sector, we're interested in your ability to build procurement capability, drive governance and deliver commercial value.

A professional procurement qualification such as CIPS would be advantageous, as would experience working within high-growth or private equity-backed organisations.

Why Totalmobile?

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up within a successful and growing technology company.

You'll have the freedom to create, the backing to influence and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how procurement operates across the organisation. Rather than inheriting someone else's framework, you'll design your own. Rather than maintaining the status quo, you'll shape the future. If you're excited by the prospect of building a procurement function from scratch and creating meaningful commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Here at Totalmobile, we want our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are dedicated to supporting inclusion and diversity at Totalmobile. We actively celebrate colleagues’ different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us.
