Procurement Lead - FM & Fleet

Lead a multidisciplinary team across Facilities & Fleet, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction. This varied leadership role focuses on developing people, improving processes, managing resources, and delivering efficient business support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality.
  • Manage priorities, resources, and cross-functional projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Support procurement initiatives, facilities management, fleet operations, and workplace services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Procurement within FM and/or Fleet categories
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience leading people, projects, or processes is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Procurement or Facilities Management is desirable but not essential.
