Procurement Lead - FM & Fleet
Lead a multidisciplinary team across Facilities & Fleet, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction. This varied leadership role focuses on developing people, improving processes, managing resources, and delivering efficient business support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality.
- Manage priorities, resources, and cross-functional projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support procurement initiatives, facilities management, fleet operations, and workplace services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.

Key Requirements
- Experience in Procurement within FM and/or Fleet categories
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience leading people, projects, or processes is advantageous.
- Exposure to Procurement or Facilities Management is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 Plus bonus & benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
