Role Description
The Procurement Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in England, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for recyclable food packaging products, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Preparing and processing purchase orders
- Coordinating with internal teams to understand demand
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials

Qualifications
- Strong procurement expertise, including experience managing Procurement processes in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Hands-on experience creating, reviewing, and tracking Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, sustainability practices, and overall value.
- Demonstrated ability in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor costs, forecast demand, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of recyclable paper and plastic packaging products or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP software and standard office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
