Your new company

A leading UK organisation is embarking on a significant transformation and capital investment programme, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join the team. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of major property, facilities and construction related initiatives, helping to drive commercial value, governance and best practice procurement across the programme.

Your new role

As Procurement Lead, you will provide procurement and commercial oversight across a portfolio of property, facilities and construction projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants, you will develop sourcing strategies, challenge commercial proposals, manage procurement activity and ensure value for money is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead on procurement governance, supplier engagement, strategic sourcing and contract management, whilst supporting the successful delivery of design and build projects, refurbishment programmes and associated works. The role will also involve analysing spend, identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risk and acting as a trusted procurement advisor to stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
