Procurement Manager – EMEA
📍London (Hybrid)
Up to £75,000 plus bonus & benefits
Our Client
Our client is a leading and fast-growing QSR brand, with an established presence in the UK and continued expansion across Europe and international markets.
With an ambitious growth and innovation pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic supply chain function and have a significant influence on both the commercial and product agenda across EMEA.
The Role
This is first and foremost a procurement role, suited to a commercially strong procurement professional who also has a real passion for NPD, menu innovation and product development.
You'll manage key food and packaging categories, develop supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations, while playing a central role in bringing new menu items from concept through to launch. Working across Procurement, Marketing and Technical, you'll help ensure new products are commercially viable, operationally achievable and successfully delivered across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include
- Managing procurement and category strategy across key food, packaging and equipment categories
- Leading supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and ongoing supplier relationships
- Working closely with NPD teams and suppliers to develop and launch new menu products
- Managing the commercialisation of new products from concept, trials and costing through to launch
- Developing longer-term sourcing strategies to support growth, innovation and supply continuity
- Identifying new suppliers, ingredients and food trends that can support the future menu pipeline

Required Experience
- Strong procurement experience within QSR, hospitality or food manufacturing
- Experience supporting NPD projects, menu launches or new product introductions
- Strong food category management, sourcing and commercial negotiation skills
- Experience developing and managing food suppliers and manufacturers
- International or European procurement experience would be advantageous
