Our Business Services Team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies, and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.
About the role
The new Procurement function is at the forefront of Forvis Mazars' evolving strategy. Responsible for delivering best-in-class procurement services, this team ensures we achieve optimal quality, pricing, and service excellence across our third-party supply chain.

As a Procurement Manager, you'll be a pivotal member of the newly established Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead diverse projects, foster innovation, and deliver measurable value across client-facing Service Lines, IT, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Business Services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Engaging stakeholders to design and deliver category plans and innovative solutions.
- Implementing procurement strategies aligned with Forvis Mazars' vision and sustainability objectives.
- Leading and supporting complex negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
- Driving cost savings, lifecycle value generation, and demand management.
- Collaborating with the Sustainability team to integrate environmental goals into procurement operations.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing regular reporting.
- Supporting and responding to ad hoc stakeholder requests efficiently and effectively.

- Professional experience in managing end-to-end procurement.
- Knowledgeable in contract analysis at various levels.
- Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
- Adept at managing competing priorities while delivering excellence.
- Familiarity with the professional services environment and CIPS certification (preferred).
- Passionate about contributing to Forvis Mazars' sustainable growth strategy.
