Sea Global is excited to be working with a leading international Retail business, who are looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to join their growing procurement function.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects across a broad range of indirect spend areas covering UK & Europe locations and have the autonomy to make a real impact within a developing procurement function.

Because the procurement function is continuing to develop, you’ll need to be proactive, confident, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver sourcing and tendering projects across a broad range of indirect categories such as Marketing, Facilities Management, Technology, HR, Professional Services
- Use spend analysis and market insight to identify commercial opportunities
- Manage supplier selection, benchmarking, and negotiations
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions

Experience & Requirements
- Strong experience of sourcing and tendering across indirect categories
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a complex, matrix, or global/international environment
- A proactive approach and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
