Procurement Manager

📍 Cheshire (Onsite 4 days - 1 day per week from home)
💰 £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Looking for a procurement role where you can genuinely make an impact? We're exclusively partnering with a growing manufacturing business that is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. Backed by a larger international group, the company has ambitious plans and is investing heavily in its people, processes, and infrastructure.

As Procurement Manager, you'll step into a role with real autonomy, taking ownership of a critical spend area worth over £20m annually and helping shape the future of the procurement function.

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain the status quo. It's an opportunity to influence strategy, challenge existing supplier relationships, improve processes, and become a trusted commercial partner to senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading procurement and supplier management across key spend categories.
  • Managing and developing supplier relationships.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Reviewing established supply arrangements and driving continuous improvement.
  • Improving procurement governance, reporting, and processes.
  • Managing inventory, supply continuity, and purchasing decisions.
  • Working closely with Operations, Finance, and senior stakeholders to support business performance.
  • Helping build a more commercially focused and scalable procurement function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
